Based on Northwest Multiple Listing Service data here is a comparison of residential real estate market in Magnolia and Queen Anne neighborhoods in 2011 versus 2010. This report does not include condos.

452 homes sold in 2011, down 12% from 2010

Sales by neighborhood: 223 sales in Magnolia (down 17% from 2010) and 229 sales in Queen Anne (down 7% from 2010)

 

Average sale price down 4% (down 9% in Magnolia and no change in Queen Anne)

 

Median sale price down 7% (down 10% in Magnolia and down 5% in Queen Anne)
