Condo inventory was down 12% from November 2011.
Downtown Seattle condo sales were up 14% from November 2011.
Average sale price was up 17% from November 2011.
Median sale price was up 44%.
Sales in the Downtown condo buildings in December 2011: Escala – 12 sales; Olive 8 – 4 sales; Continental Place, Ellington, Grandview & Site 17 – 2 sales in each building; 5th & Madison, Belltown Court, Bolero, Carbon 56, Concord, Decatur, Enso, Fifth Avenue Court, Gallery, Madison Tower, Market Place North, Marselle, Post Mews, Seattle Heights & The Cosmopolitan – 1 sale in each building
