Downtown Seattle condo sales in 2011
In previous posts I talked about Downtown Seattle condo sales in December versus sales in November 2011, Year-To-Date sales in 2010 and 2011 and sales in 2007 – 2011.
Here is an overview of Downtown Seattle condo sales and sale prices last year.
Sales in 2011
I separated studio & 1-bedroom condo and 2 & 3-bedroom condo price charts due to the difference in price. If I put them together the chart will only start at $500,000 and it would be difficult to see studio & 1-bedroom prices.
Downtown Seattle condo average sale price in 2011
You will see that 3-bedroom chart breaks three times. That is because there were no sales in January, April and August 2011.
