Downtown Seattle condo sales in 2007 – 2011
Another year went by and it is time to see what happened in Downtown Seattle condo market within last 5 years.
Charts are pretty much self-explanatory, so there is not much to add.
Sales were down in 2008 and 2009, but they were up in 2010. No change in 2011 from 2010. Seems like 1 and 2-bedroom condo sales are moving towards the level they were at in 2007. More 3-bedroom condos sold in 2010 and 2011 than in 2007.
Average sale price took the biggest dip in 2010, but 2-bedroom sale price improved in 2011.
Median sale price was the lowest in 2009. 3-bedroom condo median sale price was the highest in 2010.

As we can see the change in median sale price was not as big as change in average sale price. 2-bedroom condo median sale price in 2011 was up from 2007 and 2008.
