Downtown Seattle condo sales

Downtown Seattle condo sales increased from the last year. You can see that in my statistics report (April, 2009 vs April, 2010). Comparing March, 2010 and April, 2010 we see that inventory increased. 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condo prices decreased. Sales decreased, as well.
